As an internal sales assistant, you are responsible for processing incoming orders. You are in close contact with our customers, both domestic and international, and handle their orders.
You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding order placement. You answer customer inquiries in Dutch, French, and occasionally in English, both over the phone and via email. You translate the orders received via email or phone into our IT system. You work closely with the planning department and the production manager to ensure a smooth workflow. To provide customers with expert advice, you are willing to familiarize yourself with the Micron product range.
After gaining the necessary experience, your responsibilities can be expanded, such as assisting with catalog creation, invoicing, and more.
