As an IT Support Engineer at the Pollet Group, you provide first and second-line support for inquiries and issues related to Axapta and D365. You support approximately 50 different companies within an international context from the central IT department. Your responsibilities include logging incoming requests and problems and assisting internal customers in finding the right solutions. For more complex issues, you escalate them to your colleagues. You also offer advice on broader IT-related questions, such as Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, hardware problems, which is estimated to be about 35% of your time. Additionally, you participate in the implementation and optimization of Jira, the ticketing system. You work in a team of 30 IT professionals, and your subteam consists of three individuals. Your direct supervisor is the IT Infrastructure Manager, and you work from a brand-new office in Waregem.
