As a Logistics Officer, your responsibilities include coordinating transport with established suppliers based on sales orders, acquiring quotes and confirming availability. You manage the entire administrative process, handling export documentation meticulously, including customs papers, procurement invoices, and certificates of origin. Additionally, you warmly welcome both drivers and clients, ensuring a positive experience. Managing the ERP system, you generate receiving notes and integrate them into the WMS system. Coordination of returns and pickups within 24 hours of a customer request is also part of your duties. Furthermore, you assist internal colleagues regarding incoming goods and return-related inquiries.
