As an Online Sales Coordinator, you play a crucial role in optimizing our online sales activities and providing excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will have a diverse range of tasks:
- You manage the webshop sales for both our pellet stoves and the pool accessories.
- You manage and coordinate sales activities on up to 10 different platforms, including our own webshops (e.g., Shopify), marketplaces (Bol.com, Amazon, Brico, Decathlon, etc.), payment providers (Mollie, PayPal), and our transportation platforms. You are the expert ensuring smooth operations.
- You are responsible for forwarding orders to the warehouse and ensuring smooth shipping to the customer.
- Our customers are individuals who reach out to you with their inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- You provide alternative solutions when products are temporarily out of stock.
- You coordinate returns and repairs, proactively keeping the customer informed.
- You brainstorm potential market opportunities and commercial possibilities to drive our growth.
- Collaboration is crucial, and therefore, you work closely with technicians, logistics, and our customer service team to ensure the best experience for our customers.
