The Belgian swimming pool specialist Allforpools becomes part of Pollet Pool Group. Allforpools is an established player in the market as a distributor of swimming pool equipment and an automated cover manufacturer. Pollet Pool Group today consists of 9 European distribution companies and 2 manufacturers. In Belgium, our group is mainly active in Flanders with the company PPG Belgium. Thanks to the acquisition of Allforpools, Pollet Pool Group reinforces its "Supporting Pool Builders" philosophy in the south of the country. For Allforpools, this is the desired turnaround to a 100% B2B partner in the swimming pool sector.

The German water treatment specialist TES becomes part of Pollet Water Group. TES (Trade Engineering Service) has been a leading expert in ion exchange and membrane technology for more than 20 years. In 2 decades, the company built a solid reputation in the IndustrIal segment of the water treatment market in the DACH region. Since Day 1, TES has been strongly committed to technical advice and support. Pollet Water Group, in its turn, operates worldwide and consists of 28 specialized water treatment companies. We are very proud to announce that Pollet Pool Group acquired the swimming pool specialist Golden Coast in Devon, UK. Golden Coast is the largest independent UK distributor of swimming pool components. Together with the group's current office, PPG UK/Ireland, Pollet Pool Group is thus firmly expanding its UK operations. Welcome to the entire team of Golden Coast!

Welldana, one of Scandinavia's largest wholesalers in pool, spa and sauna, becomes part of Pollet Pool Group. The PPG slogan 'Supporting Pool Builders' fits Welldana like a glove. Denmark, where Welldana is located, is ideal to serve the entire Scandinavian market. With the takeover of Welldana, Pollet Pool Group gains a foothold in Scandinavia and reinforces its pan-European distribution platform. By being part of a strong international group, Welldana can further develop and continue the growth. Pollet Pool Group in turn is strengthening its services on a European scale with an important branch now in Scandinavia.

VB KLIMAATTECHNIEK STRENGHTENS POLLET POOL GROUP |

Pollet Pool Group is taking over the Dutch heat pump specialist VB Klimaattechniek. In the past decades, VB Klimaattechniek built up a strong reputation with its 'Pool Power Package' line. With the takeover of VB Klimaattechniek, Pollet Pool Group adds unique know-how within the important segment of swimming pool heat pumps. Huub Boone from VB Klimaattechniek: We developed a unique line that stands out both technically and in terms of efficiency. By linking VB to a strategically important partner, we can now move even faster. Jeroen Van Wauwe, CEO Pollet Pool Group: "Pollet Pool Group wants to excel in service for the swimming pool builder. We are proud to announce that the Belgian company Aqua.com becomes part of Pollet Water Group. Aqua.com is an important player in the distribution of water treatment and swimming pool components. Aqua.com was founded in 1993 and built a solid reputation in the Benelux. As part of PWG, Aqua.com is strengthening their position and enlarging their offer. Pollet Water Group on its turn adds a strong name. It goes without saying that this name and the operation of the company will be retained. The entire team of Aqua.com remains on board under the leadership of current general manager Erik Claus.

MEDICOLE BECOMES PART OF POLLET MEDICAL GROUP
2019 is a milestone for Pollet Group. The group brought together specialized companies in the medical branch and founded Pollet Medical Group. With the company Medicole, the group welcomes a 6th member.

Medicole was founded in 2001 and is specialised in dialysis therapies and other extra-corporal blood treatments (apheresis, cardiovascular surgery, etc.). The company also offers a range of wound-care products and compact blood chemistry analysers. They have exclusivities in the Belgium-Luxemburg market, but also distribute to Africa and the Middle-East. Next to their commercial activities, Medicole acts as a consultant for international companies and organisations. Medicole can be considered as the Belgian equivalent of Hemotech. Medicole & Hemotech, already worked closely together thanks to the partners and products they have in common in their own territories. More about medicole? POLLET POOL GROUP TAKES OVER POOL SPECIALIST POMAZ
We are proud to to announce the take over of Pomaz by Pollet Pool Group. Pomaz is a supplier of knowledge and products for private and public pools in the Benelux. The international Pollet Pool Group consists of 8 distribution companies and 2 manufacturers. By taking over the Dutch market leader, Pollet Pool Group is reinforcing its distribution platform.

Pomaz was founded in 1977. For over 40 years, the company from Geldrop (NL) has been supplying a wide range of products to pool installers. As know-how and support are key to Pomaz, they put a strong emphasis on training. Under the slogan ‘building pools is a profession’, the company grew to become the pool specialist in the Netherlands. The philosophies of Pomaz and Pollet Pool Group are a perfect match. Pollet Pool Group aims to be close to the pool builder by supporting them with high quality products, training, after-sales service, an online ordering platform… This vision can also be found at Pomaz. Pomaz’ strong reputation in the market of public pools is also an important asset for Pollet Pool Group.

It is a pleasure to inform you that Pollet Water Group has acquired Cappers SAS. Created in 2007, Cappers is a French company located in Thiers (Auvergne). Cappers designs, manufactures and sells automatic multiport valves for water treatment applications. Pollet Water Group strongly believes in longterm partnerships with all its main valve manufacturers. Cappers is a complementary addition to these strong brands and will allow the PWG-companies to enter into niche markets where certification is key.

POLLET MEDICAL GROUP INTEGRATES HEMOTECH & HEMA.T MEDICAL
Pollet Medical Group, part of Pollet Group and mainly known for its water treatment activities under Pollet Water Group, integrates Hemotech & Hema.T Medical into their group. Both French companies are renomated experts in the market of hemodialysis and apheresis for dialysis centres and hospitals.
Hemotech & Hema T. Medical deliver high quality medical devices intended to dialysis and apheresis. Hemotech was founded back in 1988 with 2 activities: dialysis and transfusion. Today Hemotech is the biggest independent company on the French dialysis market offering a full range of products for dialysis. Per year Hemotech sells more than 1 million dialyzers (also referred as artificial kidneys), 20.000 catheters, 4 million liters of dialysis concentrates and over 1.000.000 blood tubing sets. The company has 3000 dialysis machines running.
In 2006 the company founded Hema.T Medical, a sister company that was dedicated to therapeutic apheresis. This medical technology is a specialised treatment that selectively removes specific proteins or other targeted abnormal substances from a person's blood. Pollet Medical Group already expanded with the takeover of Sterima in february of this year. Following the takeover of Sterima earlier this year, Pollet Group brought all its medical activities together under the Pollet Medical Group.

Pollet Group, mainly known for its water treatment activities under Pollet Water Group, is already active in the medical industry. With the takeover of Sterima, Pollet strategically reinforces and expands its presence in this branch.
The group around Jacques Pollet, brings all its medical activities together under the Pollet Medical Group following the takeover of Sterima.
