Some guidelines:
- The action applies to all employees (on payroll) employed in all Belgian entities of the Pollet Group. Interim employees can also propose candidates but will only receive their remuneration once they become permanent employees.
- The proposed candidate can be a friend or acquaintance. It is not allowed to recommend candidates he/she does not know. A candidate may be proposed only once. If a candidate is proposed by several employees, only the person who first proposed this candidate is eligible for the bonus. The details of potential candidates will not be loaned or disclosed to third parties.
- An employee can propose someone for all vacancies published on our job site www.polletgroup.com/jobs.
- The 'Friend' must enter into an open-ended contract with us. Regarding starters under interim contract, the first remuneration is paid only upon permanent employment (and after the interim period).
- It remains a decision of the manager (and on the advice of HR) whether to hire someone effectively or not.
- As compensation, the employee concerned will receive a gift check of €500 gross if the 'Friend' signs a contract. He/she will receive a further check of €500 on top if the proposed candidate is still employed 6 months after the hiring date. It goes without saying that the employee who proposed the candidate is effectively still working within one of the Pollet Group companies.
- The action can be prolonged or stopped at any time.
